Calpar Base Oils

Calpar paraffinic base oils are a recent addition to the Calumet product line. Produced at our Shreveport, Louisiana refinery, these products are manufactured from select paraffinic crude streams and are offered in Viscosity ranges from 40 SUS @ 100°F all the way to Bright Stock. These oils are severely hydrotreated and solvent dewaxed to provide optimum pour point performance.

Our Calpar 80 through Calpar 325 products meet the requirements of Group II base stocks with saturates @>90% and sulfur levels well below 0.03%. These oils also have the desirable solubility characteristics of Group I oils.
